In 1930, Parker Terry established Terry Hills Golf Course as one of the first public golf courses in the area with its original nine holes. In 1972, the Rotondo family acquired the course and has since transformed it into a renowned 27-hole championship golf course. Today, Terry Hills caters to Western New York residents with its exquisite clubhouse, country club atmosphere, and exceptional service at an affordable price.

The East Course (holes 1-9) is the oldest of the three courses and was constructed by Parker Terry in 1930. Measuring just over 3,000 yards from the blue tees, it offers challenging terrain with hilly landscapes, mature trees, and small greens suitable for golfers of all skill levels. Notable for its demanding par fives, holes 4, 6, and 9 each exceed 500 yards in length.

The North Course (holes 10-18) spans over 3,200 yards and features the highlight 14th hole - a short par three with an island green that was recognized as one of the top holes in Western New York. The North Course also boasts a beloved finishing hole on the 18th, a dogleg path through wooded areas leading to an elevated green.

The South Course (holes 19-27) covers slightly more than 3,100 yards and showcases traditional par 5s like hole #20, a challenging 536-yard distance guarded by a pond near the green's front. Impressive par 4s such as #23 and the intimidating 26th hole offer an exciting challenge.
